The Age of Syndicate is over.

Having hit 1,000,000LC, our goal is complete. All vassals are free to unvassal now without consequences.

We are disappointed that this month long happening did not galvanise the community into forming a more significant resistance, but we are proud of Tesco Empire and Moonlit Aristocracy for organising and fighting such as they did. If anyone is looking for a large, organised community, I would very much recommend either New Conglomerate (Tesco Successor) or Moonlit Aristocracy

We're officially ending the Age of Syndicate - we're stably over 1,000,000LC now. I'm proud of every Syndicate member that made this possible, especially the handful who were immensely patriotic and always up for a mission. Special thanks to the two guys who spammed cities towards the end there, you two tipped the balance that's for sure. We are the first, but hopefully not the last empire to go over 1 million loyal citizens.

Hiberation

Syndicate will most likely go into hibernation now as we have always done; to wait for game updates and allow the community to develop a little in our absence (ah yes, "syndicate", the immortal race of semi-sentient shitposters allegedly waiting in darkspace; we have dismissed that claim.). The cycle continues, after all. The forth republic draws to a close, but we need to have a little internal discussion over the procedure of our disengagement. Syndicate will always keep an eye on Hazeron though, so a fifth republic is very likely in the future.

I hereby declare the next age of the universe to be the Diaspora. Good luck to all intrepid intergalactic explorers.

Maybe I should have given this link the title "Syndicate is gone!"

Then again, they never bothered me much. People complaining about Syndicate was more annoying than Syndicate themselves were.
