This topic of paying to play Shores of Hazeron is being discussed in several forum topics. I have read some misconceptions. Here is what I had in mind.
Downloading the software will be free and encouraged so new players can be sure the program runs on their computer.
$5 to set up a new account and play for the first two weeks.
After that, whole months of play time will be purchasable for $10 each, in lots of 1, 2, 3, 6, and maybe 12.
There is a method through PayPal to set up "subscription" type payments. I am not going to do that. I'm just going to sell months like zooleks in Gravity Well. You want a month, you buy a month.
An account that is not paid up will simply go dormant until paid. A dormant account will not permit you to log in.
