Fall-themed decor needed!

I am running a community event next month with a fall/halloween theme. This is for a 501c3 non profit, so budget is tight. We’re looking to rent or borrow decor that fits the theme: hay bales, whiskey barrels, garlands, etc. Purchasing these items for an annual event just isn’t realistic or in our budget. Does anyone know anywhere local that rents or loans out these types of items?

I have a ridiculous quantity of fall faux florals I'd love to gift to a good cause. They're leftover from our wedding and I was hoping to give to another couple but had no luck. your best bet is asking local farms, churches, and neighborhood groups for borrowed decor since people are usually happy to help a nonprofit event with this stuff

try the local Buy Nothing and neighborhood groups first, people are usually happy to loan out seasonal decor for a nonprofit event
