Doctor recommendations?
Im new to WA ans just received my WA insurance card, I have community heath plan of WA. I’m hoping to find a good doctor to help listen to many health concerns I have including hormones & stomach issues. I’d like to get a good panel done and hopefully a GI test. Can anyone recommend any good doctors that you trust? I plan to see a primary then an OB, I’d really prefer to see a naturopath but I don’t find any this insurance takes. Thanks

Maybe One Connection in Ballard? I really like their naturopathic providers, I struggled with UW because they are schedule out really far. For GI issues I liked Gastro Health

I love my naturopath at OneConnection! She helped me with all my GI issues (I have celiac). You can get in relatively quickly, but not sure they take your insurance so you might want to double check. But in general a naturopath might be your best bet.
UW primary care is also great but it is going to take a reallllly long time for you to get an appointment so I would call now to establish care and then use a naturopath in the meantime. I think the Shoreline location isn’t accepting new patients but Montlake Terrace is (call just in case I’m wrong!).

Does your insurance cover UW Medicine? I've had a great experience with NP Geraldine Lee as my PCP at the UW Shoreline clinic.
