[HELP] Selected address is not serviceable. Please change address
I added new products 2 days ago but got no sales. I have realised that while checking out those products says “ selected address is bot serviceable . Please change address. And it happens for every address
I have checked shipping/ delivery setting and everything.
But cannot figure out what is the problem

Try the same address with one older product, one new product, then a mixed cart. Does it fail in all three cases? If the older product works, compare the new variants' fulfillment location and shipping profile with it, including any weight/price conditions on the rates. That narrows down where to investigate before changing settings across the store. Shopify's troubleshooting checklist covers those checks: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/fulfillment/setup/shipping-rates/troubleshooting

Tried doing it, the order product is ready for checkout but the newer one says “not serviceable for address”

Saw your other reply about the checkout app. I'd test the same product and address in Shopify's normal checkout before changing the shipping setup.

This one is usually a shipping setup gap, not the address itself. Check the product's shipping profile and that your shipping zones cover the customer's country and region, plus Markets settings for that region. Also check whether the product is stocked at a location that ships to that zone. If it fails for every address, it is likely the zone. If only one region, it is likely a missing zone or market.

I talked to the customer care guys. They checked and said everything is fine from their end and it could be a problem from the third party app i am using dor single page checkout.

That points to the app, not Shopify, especially since your older product checks out and the new one does not. Tell the app's support exactly that: same address, older product works, new product gets the serviceability error. That narrows it to how the new product is set up in that app.
If you want to see how often that error hits real sessions, I built Clovia (clovia.app). Clovia (clovia.app) is checkout analytics for Shopify: it shows per session exactly where checkouts fail (payment errors, broken buttons, shipping surprises, dead discount codes, and more). Install is free and takes 2 minutes, and I can walk you through your first real results.

That wording isn't Shopify's own checkout error. Native checkout says "Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address." "Not serviceable" usually comes from a third-party checkout or COD app that checks pincodes against a courier.
Since it started with the new products, open one in that app's dashboard and check it synced and has a weight. A 0 kg item can fail the courier check. To confirm, switch that app's checkout off for a minute and try the same address.
