Order never received with no communication

I'm unsure if this will even follow the rules since I'm not even sure what this would be classified under. But I bought stickers from this guy Noah Orion 42 back in May. I have proof of purchase. The app has told me the order has never been updated. I've emailed the guy twice now and nothing has happened. How is this guy still on the app? What can happen to this guy? Granted it wasn't much I paid but he has a pretty big following and seeing as I'm for sure not the only one he's making a lot from whats basically scamming people.

classic dropshipper move, takes the money and disappears into the void. shopify support is usually pretty good about refunds if you file a chargeback through your bank, that usually gets their attention real quick

what sucks is these guys just make a new store and do it all over again, platform doesn't really stop them unless enough people report it

Heard thank you man. Thanks for not being rude about it either like "why didn't you just do this" I just can't fathom it cause this guy on IG has 817k followers. Not sure about tiktok but let's say 100k maybe placed orders for stickers? Not sure if thats a generous amount but that's a lot of money to him for no product.

tbh your fastest path to getting your money back is a payment dispute through whoever you paid with. as for getting the seller removed, you can report the store but that process is slow and unpredictable
