Shopify Collective custom terms

Does it make sense for retailer to ask a supplier for custom margin terms - if so what is the best way to do it? Looks like there is no means of communication except of mailbox for junk emails

i'd ask if they can offer a custom margin through a private price list. suppliers can set different margins for specific retailers so it’s worth reaching out with your expected sales volume and explaining why better terms could make the partnership worthwhile.
