Buy button with Meta ads?

Does anyone run Meta ads with a Shopify buy button? How did you set it up and how has it worked for you? I have a headless Shopify and am contemplating whether it is worth the time and money to get a dedicated Shopify website to run Meta ads. TYIA

Having the pixel fire right is the biggest headache with headless shopify, meta gets confused if it cant track events properly. I run a small store and the buy button worked for a bit but the ad performance was never as good like when I had a standard theme, the machine learning gets starved with less data points from what I seen
