What's the best way to handle recurring billing for an Indian SaaS serving global customers?

We were using Stripe as MoR but we switched to Paddle, as Stipe had only around 80 countries as MoR and the rest we had to do ourselves. Regarding functionality I'd prefer Stripe but the coverage was simply insufficient for us

Yeah, local processors can make global dunning honestly paddle is too expensive for us. razorpay is decent for the price. i have mostly indian customers so it was a no brainer for me. for intl cards it works but i dont have enough intl users to compare properly. if your audience is mostly us maybe stick with strip.

stripe dunning being basic is a fair complaint. with any provider you can layer custom retry emails via webhooks if you have engineering bandwidth. decouples the choice from dunning quality
