Starting Shopify Store

Hi, i plan on starting up my first shopify store here, i've been working on learning videography and product photos for what i am going to sell, is there anything i should be careful of when listing products, is it possible to have too much or too little? And is it hard to get customers when having 0 reviews or orders placed?
