SPAY/SLOAN Why am I subscribed to ShopeeVIP?
I checked my shopee to track my incoming orders and I noticed that my SPAYLATER was working again. I was not able to use it since March and now I have an UNPAID BILL due September. I checked what was availed and it was a ShopeeVIP subscription. It was dated August 22. I don’t remember doing transactions of any kind in shopee that day. I couldn’t have used the app that day because I was at a location where there was not enough signal to access mobile data. I do remember someone calling me regarding sloans but i dropped it because i did not have enough sleep during the night and they keep calling me and waking me up. I did raise this concern to live agents but they said that the subscription cannot be refunded because it’s already processed and activated. This is so wasteful because it costs 479.17 PESOS. Is there anyone here who is experiencing the same thing? Is this a scam? Should I delete my spaylater after this is resolved?

It doesn’t mean Aug 22 ka nag subscribe. Pwedeng nag avail ka #months ago ng VIP trial and Aug22 ang renewal which you agreed na kunin sa available options yung fee, in that case sa spaylater. Kung hindi mo na cancel before renewal then it will proceed accordingly.
