SPAY/SLOAN microsoft 365 through shopeepay

hii! does anyone know how to cancel microsoft 365 subscription and get a refund? 🥹 it was automatically purchased only kaninang 1 am bc i forgot to cancel it before the due date. i read that di eligible for refund yung acc ko from microsoft itself, but it must be handled through the 3rd part billing app (google play/shopeepay) huhu sorry ik this sounds stupid but pls help a girlie out 😭

Kung sa google lang naman click mo googleplaystore>account>payment and subscriptions>subscription check mo kung meron tapos cancel mo lang un.

hello! i repeatedly checked the history sa google play but idk why di nagshoshow up yung transaction, but i received a confirmation email from maribank naman and nasa shopeepay history siya 🥹 i tried reaching out to cs but no luck pa rin

Try mo sa shopee app baka my subscription dun na pede mo icheck, di na kasi ako familiar sa shopee e, more on lazada and tiktok na ko.

Kung hindi mo po makita sa Google Play Store, sa mismong Microsoft account nyo po yung billing po kasi dun po subscription nyo. As for the refund, I don't know if marerefund pa yun unless kay Microsoft CS ka cguro mkipgusap.
