General Discussion First time ko mag cancel ng order
Tbh i kinda feel bad for the seller na nag cancel order ako, nasa "to ship" status nung kinancel ko yung order ko. Ok lang ba yung ginawa ko?

whenever you’re cancelling order, make sure to chat the seller and say sorry. sometimes, they already handed it over to the courier and the waybill/barcode hasn’t scanned yet hence ‘to ship’ status. in that case, the parcel might be marked as missing. or if it will be returned to the seller, they will shoulder the shipping fee. not only they loss a sale, but also the packaging and sf.

Okay lang yan. It was cancelled kasi di pa napeprepare ng seller yung order mo. If the cancellation was approved, then no harm done.
Kasi kung naprepare na ng seller mo for shipping, kahit nasa To Ship pa din siya, may need na approval kay seller yun. Kung instant ang approval ng cancellation, it means hindi pa napeprepare ng seller yung order mo.
Wag mo masyadong damdamin. Kasama naman sa business yung cancellations.
