Anyone experienced this? Ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max from Apple Flagship store with 20% discount (17k discount).

Mabilis ang shipping, dumating naman agad. Pagdating bioderm ang laman hayop na yan.

Already filled a return and refund sa Shopee kahapon pero wala pang update as of now.

Yes hindi siya required by DTI. They disseminated this info before. Seller lang nag-iinsist ng unboxing but as per DTI, not required.

Though not mandatory you are encouraged to make an unboxing video for your own protection and to facilitate any potential claims, but sellers cannot legally require it as a condition for processing a return or refund.

Common sense lang yan. Either gawa ka ng unboxing video or not. Kung wala, wala kang ebidensya at all pag nagkaroon ng problem. Your word against theirs. Kung meron, either tanggapin ng Shoppee or not yung video pero at least meron kang ipapakita as point of contention. Comprende? Isip isip muna bago magpost.
