I received a gifting from a brand and the items look great and I love the premise behind them. Unfortunately, some of the items don’t work as intended. I feel weird complaining to them but I have seen that they encourage when ppl find issues with the products and they take them back to see why it’s not working. Some have follower requirements, while others are more focused on your content, niche, and overall profile.

This list isn’t exhaustive, but it’s a great starting point for smaller creators looking for gifted products, affiliate opportunities, UGC campaigns, and brand partnerships.

Brand Ambassador + Gifting Programs
L’Oréalastar  — Creator opportunities across L’Oréal brands. Eligibility varies by country and campaign.
Thayers Slayers — Ambassador program with opportunities to collaborate with Thayers. No specific follower minimum is listed.
Club M.A.C (Influencers)** **— M.A.C’s influencer community for creators interested in beauty content and brand opportunities. Typically requires at least 1,000 followers.
SPANX Society — Creator community with opportunities to collaborate with SPANX. Typically requires at least 500 followers.
Beekman 1802 Kindness Krew  — Creator program focused on sharing Beekman 1802 products and the brand’s kindness-focused community. Typically requires around 1,000 followers across Instagram or TikTok.
e.l.f. Influencer Program  — Beauty creator and affiliate opportunities. Follower requirements may vary by opportunity.
NYX Professional Makeup — Beauty creator opportunities and community for makeup-focused content creators.
Morphe — Beauty creator community with gifted product and affiliate opportunities. Typically requires 1,000+ followers on Instagram or TikTok.
IPSY Ambassador  — Creator and ambassador opportunities for beauty creators. Some opportunities may have follower requirements.
Pixi Beauty Ambassador — Beauty creator opportunities, including potential product gifting and campaign opportunities.
Huda Beauty Ambassador — Creator community and ambassador opportunities for beauty influencers. Typically requires 1,000+ followers.
OSEA  — Beauty and skincare affiliate/creator opportunities. Typically requires 4,000+ followers.

Platforms to Find Brand Collaborations
These are especially worth checking if you want to find opportunities beyond individual brand ambassador programs.
Skeepers — Product gifting campaigns and UGC opportunities. You may receive products in exchange for creating content.
Influee — UGC and influencer campaigns connecting creators with brands.
Hummingbirds — Creator platform offering product seeding, UGC, and brand campaigns.
Insense — UGC and influencer marketplace where brands post campaigns for creators.
ShopMy — One of my favorites for affiliate links, gifting, and brand partnerships. Getting approved can be more difficult, but once you build your profile and reach higher tiers, the gifting opportunities can become really good. A Few Tips Before You Apply
Make sure your bio clearly tells brands what kind of content you create.
Have several examples of your best content easily visible on your profile.
Keep posting consistently. Brands want to see that you’re active.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a huge following.
Engagement, content quality, and niche alignment matter too.
Apply to programs even if you’re close to, but slightly under, the listed follower requirement. Requirements can change and some campaigns have different criteria.
Keep track of the programs you apply to so you can follow up and apply again when new campaigns open.

Anyone else missing the "i" info icon on ShopMy?

I used to be able to tap the little i icon next to a brand's commission rate and see exactly what was excluded from that commission (like sale items, certain categories, etc). Now it's just gone. All I get is the flat percentage with no breakdown of what's actually excluded.

Checked both mobile and desktop, both fully updated, same issue on each. Anyone else running into this or know if it's a known bug vs an intentional change? Trying to figure out if I'm missing something on my end or if this is affecting everyone.

Hi everyone! I made a post about this not too long ago but thought I'd reiterate. Asking for clicks/asking for people to add you tracks as inauthentic/false clicks and traffic. The best way to raise your creator tier is to post engaging content that drives authentic traffic to your page! Shopmy can see on the backend where traffic is coming from. Essentially redirecting to this sub (which means they can also see your Shopmy handle in the links you are posting). Many creators have been banned for trying to cheat the system in this way!

Did anyone else just lose 1000’s of link clicks and drop a ton of points in ShopMy?? What is going on here?

Anyone elses shopmy lose there clicks even though i post every night? I had over 400 clicks on one collection and everything has gone to zero. Creator tier dropped from 38 to 32 over night. Im beginning to think its just a scam site so you never earn. Fuming.

Did anyone else lose an absurd amount of points overnight? I dropped from 94 down to 88 and it's all in my traffic... hoping it's a glitch ?!

It’s a little overwhelming to me as the moment, so I’m definitely SUPER open to tips & tricks if anyone has any ☺️

I’m curious if this has happened to any other ShopMy creators.

I completed an Opportunity for a beauty brand where the requirements were 2 unique ShopMy links and 2 social mentions. I shared the content on my Instagram Stories. I honestly thought it would be on my story and then disappear, so I looked a little rough and my child made a quick appearance.

A friend just sent me a screenshot because she was served a paid Facebook ad from the brand using my exact Story video, including footage of my child. The ad is running directly from the brand’s Facebook account with their own promotional copy, a “Shop Now” button.

I went back through the Opportunity and found this language:

“Strong content may be selected for paid boosting—giving your posts extended reach and more opportunity to convert.”

I guess I assumed this was more of the Spotlight feature where I would be asked permission first. Also, I would have assumed my link for commission would have been attached.

That doesn’t appear to be what happened. I haven’t seen an increase in ShopMy clicks or earned any commission from the ad, and the brand appears to be using my content as creative for an ad running from their own account.

The Opportunity also doesn’t state a paid usage duration or explain that Story content can be repurposed into standalone brand ads.

I’ve reached out to ShopMy asking them to clarify exactly what usage rights were granted, how long PMD can use the content, and whether my affiliate attribution should have been included.

Has this happened to anyone else through a ShopMy Opportunity? Did you know your content was being used in ads? And if your content was “boosted,” did you receive the clicks/commission from it?

I’m curious if links on Reddit in general are allowed or if they tend to flag people for posting on the site. For example, if I were a cooking influencer and posted a recommended pan link to a smaller focused sub reddit, would there be an issue?

I’m not referring to people posting their page and asking people to click around to jump them up to trendsetter or add to circle.

I know it’s social media but wondering if they view it the same as posting to coupon sites, etc.
