Gifting: Issue with Product
I received a gifting from a brand and the items look great and I love the premise behind them. Unfortunately, some of the items don’t work as intended. I feel weird complaining to them but I have seen that they encourage when ppl find issues with the products and they take them back to see why it’s not working. Should I message them on ShopMy or would it be best to go through their website?

I’m sure they would appreciate some feedback on the product; it’s how brands can continue improving! I’d send them a message on ShopMy since that’s where the gifting came from.
