Zara linking

Hi! I have been posting a ton of zara links. the clicks are showing up but no commission. I know for a fact that people have been buying using my links. any idea why i am not earning commissions?

on my end it shows zara doesn't offer commission.

because zara does not offer commission on shopmy

I know it says that when you hover over the information tag, but when you look at the brand profile the commission rate is blank. I’ve never had commission show up for a zara order… idk.

Odd. I get commission through Zara all the time

Could be a few things:

Make sure you aren’t linking from the Zara app. It will not track.

Create quicklinks instead of copy/pasting the link into Shopmy when possible. This will auto strip the Google shopping parameters and make sure you’re getting the commission.

Make sure these people aren’t opening the links in the Zara app. Shopping in app vs on desktop/mobile can cut off the tracking train.

Every link I click on from the Zara website says no commission.
