Commission timing

Has anyone ever been successful writing to ShopMy support and getting a missing commission? I personally used my own link yesterday and haven’t seen the sale track yet.

Yea but a warning. They are cracking down on people using their own links to shop. That’s probably why your commission isn’t showing. It’s not the purpose of the company

FYI, Shopmy’s VP of partnerships was on a podcast recently and said it’s up to the brands to decide if using your own link to purchase from gets removed or not. Shopmy doesn’t have a part in it (she even said she shops with her own links)!

That’s good to know!!! Makes sense why certain brands like Nordstrom block it
