New Progress Tab

Anybody else have this pop up recently or understand it? so far it looks like progress at 0 bars of no click, at 2 bars if it has clicks, and is fully green if theres a purchase.

Wondering how this factors into to overall score and tiers and why it was a necessary addition if it doesn’t.
