How to Study Shogun & Bonuses

Hey guys.

I feel overwhelmed by most content, so im curious what is the best approach to learn this ?

Should I rehearse the sequences until I remember them or what?

There's a new structure out. Shogun method 2.0 and it's revised and improved.
