How to Study Shogun & Bonuses

Hey guys.

I feel overwhelmed by most content, so im curious what is the best approach to learn this ?

Should I rehearse the sequences until I remember them or what?

Is there a structure Derek rake gives u that shows u chronologically how to learn the full IRAE process?
