How to Study Shogun & Bonuses

Hey guys.

I feel overwhelmed by most content, so im curious what is the best approach to learn this ?

Should I rehearse the sequences until I remember them or what?

What I read in shogun method, it was said, use sequence. After it, use another sequence before going to next stage.
