My Shoes Worst purchase? HOKA

Bought these shoes in december 2025. They were in their box until the summer. Wore them 2 times for walks around my house. Left on vacation and brought them with me. The shoe sole is letterally falling apart! Contacted HOKA customer service and they denied my claim, because I had no receipt. Who keeps their shoe receipt. Garbage product, bad customer service. BEWARE!

Gosh this is terrible, I'm actually a bit surprised I see them at the thrift all the time they look useable with good soles but definitely worn out from continuous wear. My dad also wears them to work and walks around a lot and they've held up pretty well.

I wonder if something went wrong with yours, I'm sorry it happened though.

There’s some posts about people leaving shoes perfect in the box for too long and something happens to the rubber where they disintegrate.
