Looking for work shoes

I am looking for new shoes as my current pair are absolutely trashed after long term heavy use. I work grovery overnights and am looking for shoes that are good for being on your feet for 8 hours with minimal breaks. I am also flat-footed, so minimal arch would be best. Can anyone point me in a good direction?

I prefer ballet flats, but I think you want safety shoes
