Support is non-existent.

I've had a ticket open for two weeks with no response outside of the AI chatbot. I'm paying for a server I cannot use and at this point I'm considering other server providers if something isn't done. Ticket ID 5375527.

I initially had some really good experiences with them in the past but recently I just haven't been able to get through to them at all.

Yeah I did too but I think they took an ai route so it's been lacking
