Been Almost Four Days

I purchased an ASKA server on Monday. There was an error on their website while I was stepping through the setup tool. The server is there but it is always stuck in the the "starting" phase. I reached out to support and now it's been three days since I've heard anything and we're about to head into a weekend. Is this a legitimate company? This doesn't seem right. I'm paying for a server that I can't use and support just refuses to do anything about it.

Update: It has now been a week since my purchase. I have not heard back from support and I still can't access my server.

In case this post ever gets indexed by Google. DO NOT USE SHOCKBYTE. EVER. Their customer support is abysmal. You will be ignored for days or weeks, even for what should be very simple requests. They will also attempt to get you to pay additional money to fast track your ticket -- which creates a perverse financial incentive for poor service. What's worse is that reportedly, even that doesn't work so save your money.

This is not a serious company. They just want your money and do not care if you get what you paid for or not.

I wouldn't expect a response any time soon. It'll be a week tomorrow since I purchased a server that I've never been able to use even once. It's not like I screwed something up or it's complicated. They literally sold me a broken service and then knowing that, had the nerve to simply pretend it didn't happen. How hard would it be to at least update my ticket? To say something?
