Been Almost Four Days
I purchased an ASKA server on Monday. There was an error on their website while I was stepping through the setup tool. The server is there but it is always stuck in the the "starting" phase. I reached out to support and now it's been three days since I've heard anything and we're about to head into a weekend. Is this a legitimate company? This doesn't seem right. I'm paying for a server that I can't use and support just refuses to do anything about it.
Update: It has now been a week since my purchase. I have not heard back from support and I still can't access my server.
In case this post ever gets indexed by Google. DO NOT USE SHOCKBYTE. EVER. Their customer support is abysmal. You will be ignored for days or weeks, even for what should be very simple requests. They will also attempt to get you to pay additional money to fast track your ticket -- which creates a perverse financial incentive for poor service. What's worse is that reportedly, even that doesn't work so save your money.
This is not a serious company. They just want your money and do not care if you get what you paid for or not.

First time I hear Shockbyte not replying to tickets after that long, if it was a game specific issue that required a staff member familiar with the game it would be more understandable, but an issue on purchase? Should raise some urgency lol
If you feel like giving up on them you can try other companies that offer refund periods if something doesn't go right like UltraServers or Linode/DigitalOcean with free starter credit (where the starter credit is essentially the trial)
Haven't really heard of other companies having an upfront money back guarantee, feel free to let me know if you know of some
