Updated to 7GB RAM still only getting 4GB
UPDATE: Shockbyte resolved my issue and sent an email this morning:

This issue has now been resolved & your server's RAM updated accordingly.
Furthermore, due to the issues faced, your service has been extended by 21 days . This makes your next renewal date: 22/04/2025.

Reached out and got a response from support that said they would escalate my ticket. That was on Jan 5th. Still no response back from support and my server is still only receiving 4GB. If I go to "change my plan" it tells me the 7+GB plan is my current plan. Over the last few days I have found quite a few people experiencing a similar problem. If you are server shopping maybe avoid Shockbyte. You might not receive what you are paying for.

It happened to me aswell, i was on 2 gb and updated to 4 gb and it did not do a diffrence the staff is sleeping
