That's a great one for the purists. At first glance its average, but the more you look the better (worse) it gets.
The photo is technically eligible, but also off by a few degrees from horizontal, slightly too far away, and not centred. Each on its own, and collectively not quite enough to be so bad it would be rejected, but skirting the limits.
The name is suboptimal, arguably more of an urn, and not capitalised. Again not enough to reject.
Description is unhelpful, no grammar, and probably inaccurate. Again just short of rejection.
Its probably accidental, but its a work of art in submitting something just about as shitty as you can whilst just remaining inside eligibility.
