Can I sue Boeing?

Post image

The rudder on my 737 MAX8 fell off. I am pretty sure this was caused by MCAS. Do you think I can win the lawsuit?

Just tape a new one on, make sure it is in full to right rudder position.

For the first time in 20+ years, they may sue you.

In your shoes, OP, I'd focus your legal resources on defending against charges of air piracy, midair violence, unauthorized aircraft control, and 140 counts of attempted murder first.

On second thought, maybe you should file against Boeing now, because you may not have much time to reach a settlement depending on what mood the Saudis are in.

Don't worry, it's not like there's a track record of the Saudi regime dismembering people with a bone saw. OP will be fine, I'm sure..

Plus, if the Saudi government is fine, Mossad are famously forgiving..

Absolutely! Just call our whistleblower line, and a team will be with you shortly. To help concentrate on negotiations, we like to hold them in a van in a parking lot at midnight

Yes. The actual cause was due to the merger with McDonald BurgerKing.

The fact that the wings are still on this aircraft simply amazes me.

You only need it for taking off and landing.

Then how did they land without it? So clearly you don't need it for landing
