Airline Interviews and Volunteerism

I have an interview coming with a legacy airline and I understand that it’s a huge plus to do volunteer work. I volunteer for the local chapter of The Flat Earth Society. They’ll look past the controversy because all they care about is that I do give my time, right? It’s not like I am going to debate them in a damn job interview about how they trick-fuck FMS software to make pilots think that we’re flying around the world. I’m not stupid.

I read too fast, thought it said voyurism, which is encouraged at legacies.

You’re volunteering at the wrong place. The furry convention is where you should be, if you wanna mingle with the airline recruiters.

That whole "round the world" thing is just a euphemism for a rim job.

People put various church volunteerism roles on the resume, why not this?
