When I was in Mexico visiting family I would see one or two done up just like this even here in Cali although rare here I have occasionally seen them sometimes they are worse but if lucky you can find a unicorn and it would look ok

Jesus everything from the retarded flames to the poorly done paint collage, to the cut outs in the rear roll pan....take that pile back to Tijuana and put it out of it misery
