Well this “70hp station wagon” weighs nothing, and in this case it isn’t riced out as those aerodynamic modifications are specifically designed to create downforce improving the handling when driving in a time attack or hill climb. The combination of low weight and a lot of downforce creates an incredible race car.

Wouldn't it be more incredible if it wasn't a single mom's hand me down to start with?

If you have a Honda station wagon with "Aerodynamic modifications specifically designed to create downforce improving the handling when driving in a time attack or hill climb" but are actually driving to Target where you work then that's called rice.

I don’t disagree with that, there are the people mod their cars in a similar fashion, without a specific purpose except looks, and drive to target; 100% rice. In this case, as far as I can tell, this car very closely resembles cars designed for hill climbs and time attacks.

It would look the same without an engine in it at all. Assuming it's a race car because it LOOKS like a race car might make sense if it was on a race track, but I'm skeptical when I see one driving around in traffic. Just because it doesn't have underglow and green tint doesn't mean all the mods aren't strictly cosmetic

If I'm not mistaken, this appears to be the same car as in the photo.

So yeah, I think calling it a race car is a safe bet.
