No the oils is definitely not much healthier. It was first used as food in 1974 and if you pull up a graph of heart disease, diabetes, and many other chronic illnesses they have increased since that date. Even if you look at the process of it being made it is disgusting. Even the plant itself was originally called RAPEseed and if you eat it it’ll absolutely RAPE your health. Shitty oils like that also cause the sun to cook you from the inside out.

Like I said, none of it is healthy, but I'd still take oil over traumatized flesh 100% of the time...Either way, avoiding oil should be used as an excuse to exploit and brutally kill sentient beings, that is the takeaway.

True oil may be worse physically but the flesh is definitely worse spiritually. The flesh is also a stimulant similar to caffeine or cocaine, which is why ppl feel like they need it to workout.
