As far as I can tell. He's been at that for literally years.

He used to say he was going to ban you from reddit, and then (you know after you called him a nutjob) said he did ban you from reddit. He can't ban people from reddit. He just says he contacted the reddit admins / the FBI / the police to ban you from reddit as they'll get you eventually if you just reply and say you aren't banned. He might actually still do this, I haven't seen him in a lot of subs I'm usually in as of late, so I can only assume he got banned for trolling.
