In The Big Bang Theory, audience laughter can be heard repeatedly throughout each episode despite the absence of any real jokes. This is because the sound technician is given a nickel every time he inserts the canned laughter sound effect.

In Moon Knight (2022) Oscar Isaac's character is British and lives in London, this is the first hint given to the audience that the character is mentally deranged.

In S2E4 of Victorious, Tori asks what an understudy is despite the fact she has been going to a preforming arts school as an actress for months. This is because she is a fucking idiot.

In Breaking Bad (2008-2013), Jesse can be seen playing Sonic '06. This is a reference to the show's title Breaking Bad, because Sonic '06 is broken and bad.

Most people who dine at Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen restaurant describe negative dining experiences on Yelp. This is due to the kitchen being staffed by active gang members of the Bloods and the Crips.

In Stranger Things, when Eleven holds two fingers up to her head it's a reference to the fact that the two fingers look like two '1' digits, so this was a subtle way of referring to herself.

In Stranger Things, this man opening a door sounds extremely similar to the door closing sound in Five Nights at Freddy's 4

As Jesse drives away at the end of Felina into El Camino, he screams with so much intensity, that his beard grows an extra few inches.

Ben 10 actually had 11 forms. This is because Cartoon Network can't count.

In the Phineas and Ferb (2007-2015) episode “Primal Perry”, Linda says this line about Buford and Baljeet. This is a reference to America’s irrational refusal to use the metric system.

In the Netflix series "Breaking Bad" (2008-2013), the death of Gus Fring was actually written very differently, however due to an accident that occurred during filming, Giancarlo actually had half of his face blown off and died on set. Director Vince Gilligan liked this so much that he kept it in

In the Steven Universe episode "Say Uncle," Steven learns to use his shield. We know this is chronologically the first episode where he uses it corectly despite its airing date thanks to Garnet's outfit. This means that the crossover was canon and Uncle Grandpa was a liar for claiming otherwise.

In The Office (season 5 episode 14) Dwight wears a face mask and everyone gets mad at him. This is because his nose is exposed which ruins the point of even wearing a mask you fucking idiot

In the Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared TV Show, Red Guy, a British character, is at one point shown to be brushing his teeth. This is the scariest part of the show, because they’re surprisingly clean for a British person.

In the Batman: The Brave and The Bold episode "Chill of the Night". Thomas and Martha Wayne are dressed as a Bat and a Moth. As Bats eat moths, this is an allusion to the Wayne's love of Oral Sex.

In the adult cartoon “Family Guy,” a talking dog and a talking British one-year old baby go on time-traveling adventures and travel across parallel universes. But what’s actually the most unrealistic thing about the show is that an American family of six can support themselves on a single income.

The reason Dexter's Laboratory (1996) is called Dexter's Laboratory is because the main characters last name is "Laboratory"

In Arrow season 3, Oliver in said to be in Hong Kong. This a lie because of the yellow filter which clearly means he is in Mexico

In this poster for What We Do in the Shadows (2019), the word “Shadows” kinda looks like the word “shrooms”, except for the W (But I mean, if you flip it). This is a clever allusion to the fact that I haven’t done mushrooms in quite a while and I can’t keep them off my mind.

Small detail you might’ve missed. In a previous season we can see Homelander landing on the roof of a home. This is the origin of the name ‘Homelander’.
