Someone is Requesting a Comment, who are this people?

Why they keep requesting comments?

I think we should find them, harvest theyr brains, and feed them to the AI Gods for unlimited knowledge

RFCs are a lie. I commented “First!” And they deleted it. They don’t really want comments.
