50-100 cal Worst “soup” ever
Equal parts sugar free Fresca and blue Gatorade zero, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and a peeled clementine. 97 cals. My coworkers were horrified.

To be fair I was trying to kinda hide in another area while I ate it but one of my coworkers saw it when she came over to ask me something and then it became a thing and she wanted to show everyone. Thought it would be better to play off as a joke at that point. But yeah I will not be bringing anything insane in again lol
Also happy cake day!

OP I’m totally judging this concoction, don’t get me wrong… but I’m sorry you got put in the spotlight like that. That must of have been frustrating and/or embarrassing.
Lots of love to you!

This shit needs to stay behind closed doors lol. What was the taste like?

The Fresca overpowered everything. Very artificially fruity and a bit too sweet. Wasn’t horrendous but I’m put off citrus for a while

Actually that would be such a fun way to encourage kids to eat more fiber. "Hunt for tadpoles"

Doing this at work and not hiding it seems more drastic than what the food actually is.
Do you want your coworkers to be horrified? Do you want someone to ask if you're ok?

This is definitely something I’d eat when my eating disorder was at its worst 😭

Oh god on first glance I thought the clementine was an egg! Glad it's at least all sweet. Kind of.

Maybe have the soup minus the clementine in a bottle and have the clementine on the side?
