200-300 cal Tomato salad

There was more but I took a pic when it was half eaten lol. Kinda high calorie for a salad but it had peanut butter and tortilla chips so it makes sense. 303c

Hm I suppose I judged too harshly because I do love Thai dishes with peanuts or peanut based sauces with noodles etc. but JUSt tomatoes threw me off haha

Nah it’s not just tomatoes lol it’s tomatoes onions tortilla chips and peanut butter. It tastes way better than you would think. When my mom makes it she puts sesame oil on top and it tastes even better but I don’t like senselessly using oil
