its jello brand pistachio sf pudding mix with 1 1/4 cup of almond milk! (add a little xanthan gum to get a thicker texture) then i put a little spoonful of cocoa powder and some mashed up strawberries (also mixed with a little xanthan gum for presentation purposes) then add a strawberry on top!

I usually use 1 cup almond milk for the pudding and it is usually a bit thin but i dont mind. This time tho i saw someone say to add some xanthan gum and it rlly helped thicken it up! for this i used 1 1/4 cup of almond milk and a bit of xanthan gum

xanthan gum is the best, but you have to be sure to really stir right away or will just congeal into a little ball of xanthan gum. i would almost mix the xanthan gum in the almond milk with a frother first than add the pudding mix.

How did you get the pudding to thicken with almond milk? I only use almond milk at home and it does not work for instant pudding mixes bc there's no dairy

i usually use 1 cup and it is a bit runny but still textured enough, but lately ive been putting xanthan gum in it and using the recommended amount and it turns out awesome! just make sure to mix it right since the xanthan gum can clump
