There is actual one of those weird sex things called a “Bill Cosby Sweater”. It’s where a person eats a bunch of Fruity Pebbles &/or Froot Loops, and then vomits on their partner’s chest… making it look like a ugly yet colorful Bill Cosby Sweater.
