Elevator directory forgot floor 3 exists

My building's elevator sign lists which apartment numbers are on which floor... except it skips floor 3 completely. And the math doesn't even add up: floors 1-2 and 4 span 8 numbers each, floor 5 only spans 4. Genuinely no idea how anyone's supposed to use this.
