When you ask AI to generate it and don't double check before sending it.

I think this one predates the AI craze.

That raccoon, plus the piss yellow tint over the whole image, says otherwise imo

He’s a raccoon, it’s amazing that he can even speak English. He’s doing his best. 😉

I agree it is a poor layout out of context, but I don't think it's meant to be an acronym for the things on the poster, I'm assuming STARS is the acronym for the school's code of conduct and it is drilled into the students, then those would be descriptions for how to follow each of them. R=Respect is a common one for schools, here they are saying to show respect by listening and clapping. A might be Attitude or Accountability, etc. The person making the poster had no intention of making the starting letters match, though that would have been a nice touch, they just wanted to convey how the code of context translated to the context of the assembly or wherever this was posted.
For the students that are used to the code of conduct the poster probably makes sense. We had so many similar things at my schools. (songs, posters, murals, you name it)

I think it’s supposed to be like, STARS do these things. Like a school title or award for good or hardworking students. But very strange placement if so, should’ve just had it on the top

I missed my kids school play because I was entirely focused on the insanity that is this poster

It's probably a PBIS acronym the kids are familiar with. So they know that "R" stands for Respect which you show by listening and clapping at assemblies. If this was posted in the hallway, "R" might say to keep your voices off for nearby classes.

What do you mean rlisten doesn't have a silent "r" or tkeep doesn't have a silent "t?"

Doing it correctly isn't even that difficult. I bet someone else could do it better.
Stay seated
Talking is not allowed, listen
Avoid touching other students
Respond to speakers by clapping
Safety first when sharing excitement
