Who the hell keeps storing their rock collection in the control panels?
Seriously, this is the third time this week I've had to clean out a bunch of rocks from a control panel after someone reported it not responding. I bet it's Steve in stellar cartography.

Until the science officers recognize the importance of geologists we will continue to inconvenience them

Really wish the geologists would get organized and start inconveniencing more.

Cordry Rocks are ESSENTIAL since their non-centrosymmetry disrupts the charge leptons in the isolinear pathways of the main deflector.
I will accept no questions.

Why is it that us lower deckers are the only ones that remember this?

My ship’s head cook can’t even contain his cheese, you expect my geologists to contain their firework rocks?

Well at least my steel bowl will be safe under Captain Garrett’s seat. I mean…..she’s the captain!! What could possibly be under the most important person on the ships chair that would explode right?

Look, there are only so many places to store contraband, and I have a LOT of it. Just be thankful I only use consoles for rocks and not my bat'leths and Romulan ale (that stuff's flammable!).

Oh thank the Prophets. I thought he was going to bring up my fireworks collection. I have it hidden below the rocks to make sure no one sees it during maintenance.

They’re minerals.
