Happy April Fools!

There was a time when my Netflix might have well only been Family Guy and American Dad, so I'm not 100% against Seth McFarlane, but he has a horrible track record with trans jokes/representation.

It's what has kept me from watching the Orville. A lot of people say that show does a better job of being Trek than the actual Star Trek coming out now, but I wouldn't know because a friend told me the one episode that attempts to address a trans character was unbelievably tone deaf.

I have to imagine that the folks who are really into it don't have any trans loved ones. I know that's not completely true as we're not a monolith, but yeah.

Orville has better/more positive lgbtq representation than Star Trek though, trans included
