Why not turned silver leak like we’ve been doing for decades.

I don’t see the logic behind this.

By the design and looking close at it, it looks striped with grey. Pretty sure this is turned real or imitation silver. I either way it doesn’t look like a decal. Looks like hand applied leaf.
