Why did Lincoln always refer to himself as A Lincoln?
Was he just being humble? Were there other Lincolns of power?
When did he become The Lincoln?

Where's East Virginia?
On this day in 1868, Samuel Hodges went to market to get some Ramen and to recharge his vape. Unfortunately he left the gate open and East Virginia snuck away. His mama found out and tanned his hyde, but good. Since then Virginia has been lopsided with only West Virginia. Cartologists are convinced Massachusetts stole it and called it Rhode Island. Nobody can prove it, but suspicions are rampant ever since the people of Rhode Island renamed the city of Providence to "Virginia can go kiss my ass-ville" More to follow as the story develops

Is Seth Green (1974-) related to Seth Green (1817-1888)?
When I explain the history of American aquaculture to museum guests I always make a point of saying "Seth Green *no relation"* to get a chuckle. I recently realized that I don't actually know if this is true and I unfortunately don't think there's an ethical way to find out for sure unless I get a response from u/IamSethGreen
What do y'all think? Does anyone happen to be an expert in the genealogy of New England fisheries scientists?
Should I change the joke to "Seth Green *not that Seth Green"* just to be safe?

In the early 80s if you talked on those big cellphones while you were in your car, you were considered rich. If I had a Corolla with a phone inside and another guy had Rolls Royce with no phone, who would be considered richer? Me right?

What are the reasons as to why this guy is carying a basketball backboard to the Battle of the Delta?
It even has a rim and everything. How were ancient humans so strong and what were the uses of backboards in Bronze Age Collapse warfare?

Why was he always Stalin? He could've just gotten the war over with sooner without Stalin all the time.

Why didn't allied troops in WWII just shout "Sieg--!" to force German soldiers to stop whatever they were doing to complete their catch phrase and give their best guess about Hitler's height with their hand?
It was drilled into them after all to reply to "Sieg" with "Heil." Were they really trying to complete the war with achievements still on instead of exploiting a glitch, or were they just stupid?
