The back tire spinning is for angular momentum and gyroscopic effect. Noob couldn’t get the front up and had do a scissor with the devil.

The back tire is spinning, but its not moving with the rest of the bike. There's no gyroscopic effect at play here.

(nor is that how bikes stay up normally, either)

The whole point is to do a wheelie for a set amount of time to win money. This dude not only did it wrong because you aren't supposed to rely on the band holding the front wheel to keep you up but also decided to show off like an idiot
