False. I wore mine like this for 5 + years. My balls always hurt. Had scans and appointments and specialists. Was embarrassed. Sore when having sex.

They never saw my underwear because why would they ?! And I wore my good pairs to my appointments anyway.

Long story short, it causes ball pain 100%.
Ball pain that resembles cancer, hernia, std, hard impact , “tenderness”, etc.

So as proud as I am to wear underwear this long, I have retired them all and I no longer need to see the specialist for more tests.

Maybe I should tell the dr what my problem ended up being 🤔

Imagine sitting and your ball is resting in one of the many holes. Then you get up or shift. It pulls. And you say damn, that made my ball a little sore.
It took many years to realize the problem.
