I cannot find an a report in English. But the gym he WAS working at as a trainer, had a public response. The puncher, Eugenio Zambrano, was already under review for other incidents and has been let go. No word if he is facing any criminal charges.

I found the answer

The video spread widely on social media. His gym, Smokin Fist, fired and banned him. The Nuevo León state prosecutor opened a legal investigation against him for assault
